Welcome to the background screening application for Island Club West HOA on behalf of the property owner.

Identification documents are required. Payment by Credit Card for the Association Fee in the amount of $50.00 plus a Convenience Fee of $4.75 per applicant is required upon completion of this application. The payment is non-refundable whether you are approved or not, as Applycheck will have completed the background screening you requested. When signing the application and see ID/SSN (last 4) use the last 4 digits of your SSN or Passport.
